BRAKE SYSTEM

Image
THE BRAKE SYSTEM What is a brake system ?       A brake is a mechanical device designed to restrain motion by absorbing energy from a moving system usually by the means of friction. It is used to slow or stop a moving vehicle, wheels, axle, etc. The braking system is a complication device with a lot of parts, but its working seems very easy. After all, pressing a single pedal will activate all brakes on the four wheels. The slowing down is achieved by hydraulic fluid, which is often bleed to get the best performance of the breaking. Air is not allowed in the system else the component won’t work well.      Most brakes are designed to use friction between two surfaces, they’re pressed to convert the kinetic energy of the moving object into heat. Though several methods of energy conversion are now employed. In an automobile, friction brakes store braking heat in the drum brake or disc brake which then gradually converts into the air.      On modern vehicles, the brake pedal is pushe

4G63T ENGINE

THE GLORY MITSUBISHI’S 4G63 ENGINE: SPECS, POWER & RELIABILITY Popularly dubbed as the 2JZ of the 4-cylinder world, the 4G63 is a real hoot to have under the hood. The fact that it was built to meet the standards of the World Rally Championships explains why it can be tuned to make over 1000 hp. History of Mitsubishi’s 4G63 Engine The 4G63 engine was first introduced in the 1980 Mitsubishi Galant model as a replacement for the 4G52 engine. It’s part of the Mitsubishi Sirius 4G6 engine family; a series of inline-four high-performance engines that were produced by Mitsubishi in the late 70s. In fact, when Mitsubishi sought to compete in the FIA World Rally Championship, it introduced the turbocharged version of the 4G63 engine in the Galant VR-4, Lancer Evolution, Lancer EX 2000 Turbo, and Carisma GT. At the peak of its glory, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III fitted with a turbocharged 4G63 engine dominated the World Rally Championship by winning four consecutive titles. 4G63 En

HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM

REAL MAN USES THREE PEDAL 💪 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CLUTCH  DEFINITION 👇 The hydraulic clutch is a type of automotive clutch that uses hydraulic fluid rather than a cable to move the clutch plate. These clutches have a master cylinder linked to the clutch pedal, which moves the fluid inside the clutch lining with high pressure when the driver presses the clutch pedal to disengage the clutch.  CONSTRUCTION AND PARTS 🔧 1. Clutch pedal: The clutch pedal is the primary part that engages a clutch in a vehicle. The clutch disengagement process starts when a driver presses the clutch pedal.   2. Master Cylinder: As the name suggests, it is a primary hydraulic cylinder in which the clutch fluid is applied at high pressure with the help of a piston present inside the cylinder.   The clutch fluid reservoir is connected to the master cylinder which supplies the clutch fluid when the clutch pedal is pressed.   3. Pressure Pipe: It supplies the fluid from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder
